Ed joined ONA in 1966 and stayed 
until they closed the doors in 1978. 
He was appointed DC9 chief pilot and 
served as a DC8 captain, and went on 
the DC10 when the DC8's vanished. 

After that he joined Air Jamaica 
as a contract DC8 captain,after the 
contract was up went to New York Air. 

NY Air was then merged into 
Continental Airlines and Ed stayed 
there until retirement in 2001. 

He was an assistant chief pilot for 9 
years in Newark and 
flew the DC9, MD80, AirbusA300 and 
the DC10.
