My husband and I returned from a 3 week cruise in 
Japan. I could not believe how excited I was to 
hear from someone from ONA. Especially to hear 
about Angelika Villagrana’s art show!
I had no idea about the ONA web page. 

After ONA I was hired by Pan Am in 1978 and flew 
for them for 11 years. As everyone else, I had 
the opportunity to choose to go with United or 
to stay with Pan Am. My choice was to stay with 
Pan Am and to let them decide my future. 

I left Pan Am June 30th 1989. In August same year, 
I was back in school and eventually completed an 
AA in psychology with the intention to continue 
in this study. Eventually I changed my major to 
political science and was fortunate to get in to
U.C.L.A. I was delighted and loved it. 

As for what is happening now, I completed a 
one year course to become a docent at LACMA 
(Los Angeles County Museum of Art) 
I have know been working as a volunteer at the 
museum, taking school children around to share 
the art with them. I have done this now for 5 
years. In addition, I am also working as an art 
volunteer, presently I am working with Braddock 
Elementary School class rooms, 3rd, 4th and 5th 
grades. I just love it all and feel very content 
with my life. I would just love to get together 
with you all; maybe I could have all of you at 
my house for a lunch! At the moment, I am part 
of a group of docents, who will be hiring future 
docents for LACMA. Again, thanks for contacting me,
