- A lot of changes have been 
made since I last was here. 
The old seems to disappear as 
the new comes in. The building 
does not seem to stop and it 
is becoming like another New York.  

Too many people and the dress and 
customs seem to have disappeared. 

The grounds of the Imperial Palace 
are well kept and still stand 
strong since the late 15-hundreds. 

You will note that a few of the 
trees (Cherry Blossoms) are 
starting to bloom, a little early 
as the weather is still very cold. 

I guess I miss the old customs of 
Japan and hate to see them go.
